Cheez-It® Buffalo Chicken Dip
Buffalo Wing and Ranch is the most iconic combo and they meet in the middle of this Cheez-It® Buffalo Chicken Dip! Using Cheez-It® Buffalo Wing crackers and Cheez-It® Hidden Valley Ranch Crackers, this dip is the perfect combo of spicy and zesty. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce, plus more for garnish
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Cheez-It® Hidden Valley Ranch Crackers, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Cheez-It® Crackers, crumbled
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese, for garnish
- Scallions, thinly sliced, for garnish
- Celery sticks carrot sticks, tortilla chips, toasted bread, and/or potato chips, for serving
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large cast iron or oven proof skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, hot sauce, and garlic powder. Mix until chicken is coated and sauce has thickened, 2 minutes.
3. Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese; mix until combined. Remove from heat and add sour cream and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix to combine and use a spatula to spread in an even layer. Top with remaining cheddar cheese, crumbled Cheez-It® Hidden Valley Ranch Crackers and Buffalo Wing Cheez-It® Crackers.
4. Bake until bubbling around the edges and the cheese has melted, about 15 minutes.
5. Immediately garnish with blue cheese, green onions, and more hot sauce. Serve with vegetable sticks, chips, crusty bread pieces for dipping.
