Feed your inner lion and chomp into our Original Cheez-It® cracker infused smashburger topped with banana peppers, bell peppers, grilled onions, and Cheez-It® cracker infused nacho cheese sauce. Ingredients

  • 5 oz 80/20 Ground beef, rolled to a ball
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 oz green bell pepper, 1 oz vidalia onion Sauteed peppers and onions
  • 2 oz Banana peppers
  • 2 oz Nacho cheese sauce
  • 2 oz (in nacho cheese) Original Cheez-It® crackers, crushed
  • 3 per burger, 1 bamboo pick Extra Big Cheez-It® crackers
  • 2 pcs per burger Garlic Bread Texas Toast

Directions

1. Sautee peppers and onion, set aside.

2. Place beef on griddle, smash with spatula and weight.

3. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Flip when ready.

5. Griddle garlic bread Texas toast.

6. Place burger on toast.

7. Top burger with sauteed peppers and onions, nacho cheese sauce, and crushed Original Cheez-It® crackers.

8. Garnish with Extra Big Cheez-It® crackers using bamboo pick.
