Caprese: Mozzarella, grape tomato, basil and balsamic on a Cheez-It® Grooves Sharp White Cheddar cracker. Reuben: Pastrami, thousand island dressing and sauerkraut sandwiched between Cheez-It® Extra Big crackers. Veggie: Hummus, cucumber and sea salt on a Cheez-It® Grooves Sharp White Cheddar cracker. Caviar: Creme fraiche, caviar and chives on a Cheez-It® Extra Big cracker.

Ingredients

  • Cheezy Bite Flight - Caprese
  • 1 Cheez-It® Grooves Sharp White Cheddar crackers
  • 1/2 Grape tomato
  • 1 Pearl mozzarella
  • 1 small leaf Basil
  • Drizzle Balsamic glaze
  • Cheezy Bite Flight - Reuben
  • 2 Cheez-It® Extra Big crackers
  • 1/4 oz. Pastrami
  • 1/8 oz. Sauerkraut
  • 1/8 oz. Thousand island dressing
  • Cheezy Bite Flight - Veggie
  • 1 Cheez-It® Grooves Sharp White Cheddar crackers
  • 1/4 oz. Hummus
  • 1 slice, round Mini cucumber
  • 1 frawn tip Dill
  • Cheezy Bite Flight - Caviar
  • 1 Cheez-It® Extra Big crackers
  • 1/4 oz. Creme Fraiche
  • 1/8 oz. Caviar
  • 1/8 oz. chopped Chives

Directions

Caprese Directions:

1. Halve the grape tomato lengthwise and place cut side down on the Cheez-It® Grooves cracker.

2. Halve the mozzarella pearl and place cut-side down on the Cheez-It® Grooves cracker.

3. Drizzle Cheez-It® Grooves cracker with balsamic glaze in a zig-zag pattern, top with small basil leaf.

Reuben Directions:

1. Place pastrami on a Cheez-It® Extra Big cracker, followed by sauerkraut and then a small drizzle of thousand island dressing.

2. Top with second Cheez-It® Extra Big cracker and place a frill pick through the docker hole to skewer.

Veggie Directions:

1. With the back of a spoon, or a piping bag, spread ¼ ounce of hummus on to Cheez-It® Grooves cracker.

2. Lean the cucumber round on the hummus and top with dill frawn.

Caviar Directions:

1. With the back of a spoon or piping bag, place a small “mound” of creme fraiche in the center of the Cheez-It® Extra Big cracker.

2. With a non-metallic spoon, place the caviar on the creme fraiche, then top with chopped chives.
