Cheez-It® x Grillo’s Fried Pickle Dip



  • 1 cup crushed Extra Toasty Cheez-It® crackers
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons fresh dill, divided
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Grillo’s Pickle de Gallo, plus 2 tablespoons brine
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Extra Big Cheez-It® crackers, for serving


1. Place Cheez-It® crackers in a zip top bag and use a rolling pin to coarsely crush.

2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add Cheez-It® crumbs and toast until golden brown. Transfer crumbs to a medium bowl and mix with 2 tablespoons fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper.

3. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Mix together until fully combined and smooth. Add pickle de gallo, pickle juice, dill, chives, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir together. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Pour mixture into a serving bowl and smooth top. Pour toasted Cheez-It® crumbs over the dip in an even layer and serve with Extra Big Cheez-It® crackers.
