Cheez-It® Cracker Milk Ice Cream?! Yup, we made it and it’s giving salty, sweet, crunchy, creamy chaos in the best way. Think buttery Cheez-It® crumbles swirled into dreamy vanilla ice cream for a flavor combo you didn’t know you needed. It’s snack-meets-dessert energy, and it totally slaps.
Ingredients
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1-1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 cups Cheez-It® crackers, divided
- Ice cream cones, for serving
Directions
1. In a large bowl, whisk milk, cream, sugar, pudding mix, vanilla, and salt. Add Cheez-It® crackers and mix to combine. Let sit, covered in the fridge, for at least 4 hours, or up to 8.
2. Strain Cheez-It® crackers out of liquid. Pour liquid into a Ninja Creami container and freeze overnight.
3. Prepare soft serve on “frozen yogurt” setting, then dispense out of soft serve canister. Crush remaining 1 cup Cheez-It® crackers.. Dispense soft serve into ice cream cones and top with crushed Cheez-It® crackers. Serve immediately.
