Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 box Cheez-It® Original Snack Crackers
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Flaky salt, for garnish

Directions

1. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.

2. In a large saucepan or Dutch oven over low heat, melt butter. Add marshmallows and use a wooden spoon to mix to combine. Stir until melted.

3. Remove from heat and add Cheez-It® crackers, vanilla, and salt. Mix to combine.

4. Press into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with flaky salt. Let cool completely then cut into 16 bars.
