Cheezy Pickle Dip
The MVP of dips. Our Buffalo Wing Cheez-It® cracker infused dill pickle dip is topped with crushed cheesy crackers and pickle bits. Capped off in dill seasoning and crushed Buffalo Wing Cheez-It® crackers. Served with Cheez-It® Snap’d crackers for dipping. Recipe Credit: Chef Zac Cardona - Cheez Wheelz Food Truck.
Ingredients
- 2 lb Cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz Sour cream
- 2 cups Dill pickles, chopped & strained
- 1 tablespoon Dry dill
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 4 oz Buffalo Wing Cheez-It® crackers, crushed
- *Per Order*
- 1 ea, halved Gherkin
- 1 cup Cheez-It® Snap’d crackers
- 1 ea 3 oz portion cups
Directions
1. Rough chop pickles and strain, set juice aside.
2. Put into food processor and blend on high for 2 minutes.
3. Add cream cheese, sour cream, pickle juice, dill, crushed red pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice and salt. Blend for another 3-5 minutes, until thoroughly mixed.
4. Top with crushed Buffalo Wing Cheez-It® crackers and garnish with cut pickle spears.
5. Serve alongside Cheez-It® Snap’d crackers for dipping.
